Getting help, and telling us when it is wrong

The help centre, support, and what the thumbs under an answer are for.

The help centre

Short answers to one question at a time, searchable, and the same words inside all three apps as on the site: the help centre. This documentation is the spine; the help centre is where you go when one specific thing is confusing.

Rating an answer

The thumbs under an answer. Choosing one opens a short sheet: pick what went well or badly and add a line if you want. It reaches us with the discussion attached, so support sees what you saw.

A rating names the seat and the model that wrote the answer, which is what makes it worth giving: over a few weeks it says which model actually leads well on your kind of work.

Reporting a bug

Send feedback in the account menu, on every app. Attach the discussion you were looking at and we see the transcript. A report is stored before it is mailed, so a misconfigured mailbox on our side loses nothing.

Reaching a person

The the support page says how, and what to include so the first reply is useful.
