The app looks for each CLI in the places installers actually use, and asks your login shell as a fallback. A tool installed only into an interactive shell’s startup file can be missed. Open Settings → Who’s In The Room and press Test on that seat — that re-runs detection and reports what it found.

Quit the LetThemBuild app first. The command line runs the app without its window, and the two share one settings and session store, so running both at once leaves them waiting on each other. This is a known limitation and we are fixing it.

Install it from Settings → Workspace & Account → Command line. If it lives somewhere unusual, set letthembuild.cliPath in VS Code’s settings to its full path.

Then it checked nothing: it endorsed the work without reading a file or running a command, on the lead’s word alone. Every review that did something says so beside its name — the files it read, the checks it ran and whether they passed, or that it had already reviewed the same work in an earlier round. Silence is the weak review. Ask the room again, or switch that seat to a stronger reviewing model under Who’s In The Room.

The app checks shortly after launch, when you return to the window, and on a short timer while it is open. Once a version has been signed, every later one must be signed by the same certificate — an update that will not verify is refused rather than installed. If a copy is stuck, download it again from the download page; your sessions and settings are kept.

Settings → Usage & Spend breaks spending down by model and by device, for today, this month, or all time. You can cap it: Workspace & Account has a ceiling for a whole session and another for a single turn, and a run stops when it reaches one. Seats backed by a CLI subscription you already pay for do not bill per call at all.
