LetThemBuild for Mac, Windows and Linux, and the ltb command-line tool End User License Agreement License version: 2026-10-20 Copyright (c) 2026 GPULogy AI LLC. All rights reserved. This software is proprietary. It is licensed, not sold. The software tells you about this agreement where you sign in or continue, the first time you run the command-line tool, and in the editor extension. By installing the software, or by using it after being told about this agreement, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not install or use it. In this agreement, "the software" means the LetThemBuild desktop application for macOS, Windows and Linux, the `ltb` and `letthembuild` command-line tools that come with it, and any update to them that GPULogy AI LLC provides. "The Service" means LetThemBuild and LetThemChat as provided online. 1. LICENSE GRANTED GPULogy AI LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software on computers you own or control, for the purpose of using the Service. You may use it for commercial work. You do not need a separate license for each computer you personally use. What the software can do for you depends on your plan, as described at https://letthembuild.com/pricing; nothing in this agreement changes a price or a plan. If you accept this agreement on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm you may bind it, and "you" includes it. 2. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO You may not: (a) copy the software, other than as needed to install and use it as this agreement allows and to keep a reasonable backup; (b) redistribute, publish, sell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise make the software available to anyone else, whether modified or not, except by directing them to https://letthembuild.com/download or another official GPULogy AI LLC channel; (c) modify, adapt or create derivative works from it; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive its source code, except as section 3 allows; (e) remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark, license or attribution notice in it or shown by it; (f) circumvent, disable or interfere with any license, plan, usage or account check in it, or use it to reach a feature your plan does not include; (g) use the software or the Service to build, or to help build, a product or service that competes with LetThemBuild or LetThemChat; (h) systematically extract the Service's prompts, system instructions, orchestration or responses at scale, by scraping or other automated means, to train or tune a model intended to replicate the Service. The restrictions in this section apply equally when the act is done by any automated tool, script or AI agent that you run, direct or allow to act on your behalf. Instructing an AI agent or other tool to do something this section forbids is the same as doing it yourself. 3. REVERSE ENGINEERING, INTEROPERABILITY AND SECURITY RESEARCH You may decompile or reverse engineer the software only to the extent that applicable law permits it despite section 2(d) (for example for interoperability under articles 5 and 6 of EU Directive 2009/24/EC, or under 17 U.S.C. section 1201(f)), and only for that purpose. Before doing so, ask us for the interoperability information at [email protected]; we will provide it where the law requires. Good-faith security research is welcome. If you test the software for vulnerabilities without harming others, without accessing data that is not yours, and you report what you find to the contact listed at https://letthembuild.com/.well-known/security.txt before disclosing it publicly, we will not treat that research as a breach of section 2. 4. READABLE CODE IS NOT OPEN CODE Parts of the software are distributed as readable JavaScript, and the command-line tools as readable shell scripts, for technical reasons. That does not place them in the public domain, waive any right reserved above, or make them open source. 5. YOUR CONTENT IS YOURS You own your inputs to the software and the Service, and the outputs they produce for you. You may use your outputs for any lawful purpose, including in your own products and to train your own models, except as section 2(h) forbids. GPULogy AI LLC claims no ownership of your source code or your projects. What is transmitted and what is stored is described at https://letthembuild.com/privacy. Your use of AI providers through the software remains subject to your own agreements with those providers. 6. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS The software includes open-source components. Each remains under its own license, and nothing in this agreement limits a right that license gives you. They are listed, with their license texts, in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt, which is installed with the software and can be opened from Settings, under About. Electron and Chromium, on which the software runs, carry their own license files inside the application bundle. 7. UPDATES The software checks letthembuild.com for updates and installs them when you accept. An update may add, change or remove features. Each update is covered by this agreement unless it comes with a different one. If this agreement changes materially, the software tells you, and using it after that notice means you agree to the new version. Older versions may stop working with the Service. 8. THIS AGREEMENT AND THE TERMS OF SERVICE This agreement governs the software. The Terms of Service at https://letthembuild.com/terms govern the Service. If the two conflict about the software itself, this agreement applies. 9. TERMINATION This license ends automatically if you breach it. GPULogy AI LLC may also end it on notice if your account is closed under the Terms of Service. On termination you must stop using the software and uninstall it. Sections 2, 4, 5 and 10 to 12 survive termination. 10. NO WARRANTY THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. The software runs commands and modifies files on your computer on your instruction, and on the instruction of the AI assistants you allow to act. You are responsible for reviewing what it does, for the permissions you give it, for keeping backups, and for using version control. Do not run it against work you cannot afford to lose. 11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GPULogy AI LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE, INCLUDING ANY LOST DATA, LOST PROFITS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. 12. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it, and you and GPULogy AI LLC consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep any rights the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you (for example in the European Union or the United Kingdom), and nothing in this section takes them away. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. This agreement is also published at https://letthembuild.com/legal/desktop-license. Questions about this license: [email protected]
