Refund Policy

This policy applies to every purchase of LetThemBuild — including its web app, LetThemChat, and the LetThemChat app for iPhone — whether a Pro or Team subscription or credit for our keys. LetThemBuild and LetThemChat are products of GPULogy AI LLC, a Texas limited liability company.

Who takes the payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all payments, billing enquiries, taxes and refunds.

The policy that applies

Refunds are governed by the Paddle Refund Policy, which applies to every purchase of our products and forms part of the Paddle Buyer Terms.

Under that policy, a refund request may be submitted to Paddle within 14 days of the transaction and is reviewed by Paddle. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights — including the 14-day right for consumers in the United Kingdom and the European Union — apply in addition, and nothing here limits them.

How to request a refund

Contact Paddle at paddle.net, where you can also find your receipts and manage your subscription. You can equally email us at [email protected] and we will pass the request to Paddle.

Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. We reply to messages within two business days; how quickly a refund appears is decided by your bank.

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings in the app, or at paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals. Cancelling and requesting a refund are separate things — if you want a charge returned, ask for a refund as described above.

Problems with the product

If something is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, tell us at [email protected]. Your rights in that situation are set out in the Paddle Refund Policy and in the consumer law where you live, and are not affected by anything on this page.
