This policy applies to every purchase of LetThemBuild — including its web app, LetThemChat, and the LetThemChat app for iPhone — whether a Pro or Team subscription, a renewal, or credit for our keys. LetThemBuild and LetThemChat are products of GPULogy AI LLC, a Texas limited liability company.
14 days, in full, no conditions
You can get a full refund of any purchase within 14 days of the transaction, for any reason, with no conditions and no exceptions. This applies whether or not you have used the product or spent the credit, and to every charge separately — a subscription renewal starts its own 14 days.
Statutory rights — including the 14-day right to cancel for consumers in the United Kingdom and the European Union — apply in addition, and nothing here limits them. After 14 days, refunds are at the discretion of Paddle and us; tell us what went wrong and we will look at it.
Who takes the payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all payments, billing enquiries, taxes and refunds.
The Paddle Refund Policy and the Paddle Buyer Terms apply to every purchase alongside this page. Where they give you more, they win.
How to request a refund
Contact Paddle at paddle.net, where you can also find your receipts and manage your subscription. You can equally email us at [email protected] and we will pass the request to Paddle. You do not need to give a reason.
Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, usually within a few business days; how quickly the money appears is decided by your bank. We reply to messages within two business days.
Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings in the app, or at paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals. Cancelling and requesting a refund are separate things — if you want a charge returned, ask for a refund as described above.
Problems with the product
If something is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, tell us at [email protected], whenever it happens. Your rights in that situation come from the consumer law where you live and are not affected by the 14 days or by anything else on this page.
