Reported by Mac means the member's app observed it and reported it; a Mac with admin access could suppress it. Server means our servers observed it themselves.

A discussion's story reads across the pages: run.started on the first, the approvals and refusals along the way, then page.published or pr.monitor.pushed here, and outcome.reverted weeks later if it did not hold. Filter by chatId to follow one discussion; filter by actor to follow one person.
