A round is one pass by every seat: the lead works, then each reviewer checks it.
How agreement is decided
A reviewer that fully endorses the work ends its turn with an agree token. When every reviewer has agreed, the discussion is settled: the lead writes the final answer and it stops. There is no vote and no averaging — one unconvinced reviewer keeps the room working.
If the round limit runs out first, the discussion stops there and says where it got to, including what was still disputed. That is a real answer too, and often the more useful one.
Rounds you get
The default is until they agree: the room runs as far as your plan allows and stops the moment everybody does. Free allows up to 3 rounds per message; Pro and Team allow up to 6. Because stopping early is the real brake, a straightforward question still finishes in about 2 — the extra rounds are only spent where the room genuinely has not settled.
You can pin a fixed number in Settings, or pick a Depth preset per discussion.
Keep improving
When the room stops without agreeing, a Keep improving button gives it more rounds from where it was. Nothing is re-done; the transcript continues.
Plans, and then the work
When the room agrees on a plan but has changed nothing, the app does not stop and congratulate itself. In Edits, Auto and Bypass it carries straight on into implementing the plan, in the same discussion, counting on from the round it reached — one discussion, one conclusion. In Plan mode, where changing things is forbidden, it offers you the instruction instead so you can send it when you are ready.
