Leaving Conductor Cloud? Keep parallel AI coding with checked receipts.

Conductor Cloud goes read-only on November 13, 2026 and shuts down on November 20, 2026. LetThemBuild runs several models on one repository, each change in its own git worktree, and gives you a receipt of every command the reviewers ran.

Who this is for

Developers who need a path before Cloud shuts down

How a change is checked

A receipt, not a promise

Lead

One model (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Grok, your choice) makes the change in its own git worktree: it reads, edits, builds and tests. Worktrees are on by default, so your checkout is left alone.

Review

The other models open the same files, re-run your build and tests, and agree or object with specifics.

Receipt

You see each command that ran, its exit code and the verdict that follows. You decide: merge, open a pull request, or discard the branch.

Migration

Four steps, no secrets moved

  1. 1

Move your work out of Conductor. Right-click a cloud workspace and choose Transfer to local, or go to Settings → Account → Export data to download everything.

  2. 2

Open the same repository in LetThemBuild. Install the command line and app with brew install --cask gpulogyai/tap/ltb, or download the app from the download page.

  3. 3

Attach your seats. Bring your own Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI or Grok Build coding CLI on Pro. Your own OpenRouter key works with any model in its catalogue, on a custom endpoint, also on Pro. On Free, buying credit for our keys and bringing your own key or CLI are a 14-day trial, then Pro. Our keys are billed at provider cost plus 10%.

  4. 4

Run one small change, read the receipts, then open a pull request or discard the branch. Credentials are not copied out of Conductor; you attach your own seats here.

Limits of the claim

What a receipt does not promise

Several models checking one another does not mean every bug is found. A reviewer that re-runs your tests shows what it ran and what came back. It does not show that the code is correct. Read the receipt, and run the test suite you already have, before you merge.
